Subject: Supreme Courts Proposed Amendments to TRCP Rule 103 & 107

Dear TxAPPS Members,
 
Back in June, the Texas Supreme Court posted a document "Preliminary Approval of Amendments to Texas Rules of Civil Procedure 103 & 107" with request for public comment on the proposed amendments.  The deadline to submit your comments to the Texas Supreme Court is coming up on Friday, 11/1/2024.  A link to the proposed amendment document is provided below, as well as the email address to submit your comments.
 
 
Public comments are to be sent to rulescomments@txcourts.gov.
